Trident Juniors (7-11)

Session Overview:

  • 45-minute training sessions with never more than a 12-1 athlete to coach ratio
  • Speed and Agility fundamentals including proper posture and mechanics in a safe and fun environment
  • Bodyweight strength and conditioning including bands and medicine balls to develop foundational power and strength
  • Gives young athletes a head start in their muscular development while encouraging them to have fun
